Weave

Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 July 2026

1. Who we are

Weave (“Weave”, “we”, “us”) is operated from the United Kingdom. You can reach us any time at team@sayweave.com. These terms are a contract between you and us; by creating an account or using Weave you agree to them.

2. What Weave is

Weave turns speech into a live visual map: you talk, and AI models convert what you say into linked cards you can edit, replay, share, and export. The maps are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate — Weave is a thinking tool, not a source of advice, and you shouldn’t rely on a generated map as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Weave.
  • Keep your sign-in details safe; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
  • Give us an email address you control — it’s how we verify you and reach you.

4. Plans, billing, and voice minutes

  • Free plan15 minutes of voice mapping per month, at no charge.
  • Pro — £4.99 per month (or the equivalent shown at checkout in your currency), including 100 voice minutes per month.
  • Meetings — £12.99 per month (or the equivalent shown at checkout in your currency), including 1,200 voice minutes per month.
  • Top-ups15 extra minutes for £1.49 or 60for £3.99, on any plan, as many as you like. Top-up minutes extend the current month’s allowance only.

Allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC). Unused minutes — included or topped up — do not roll over. Payments are processed by Stripe; subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. If we change prices, we’ll tell you by email in advance and the new price applies from your next renewal.

5. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel a paid plan any time from Settings → Manage subscription; you keep it until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. As a UK/EU consumer you also have a statutory 14-day cooling-off right after first subscribing or buying a top-up. Because the service starts immediately, if you cancel within those 14 days we’ll refund the amount you paid less a proportionate charge for what you’ve already used — email team@sayweave.com to exercise this right. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to a service performed with reasonable care and skill.

6. Your content

Your boards are yours. You grant us only the licence we need to run the service: hosting, processing (including sending your speech and transcripts to our AI providers to build the map), and displaying your boards to you and to anyone you share them with. We never use your content for advertising or to train AI models.

  • Share links: creating a share link makes that board readable by anyone who has the link. Revoke it any time; re-sharing mints a fresh link.
  • You’re responsible for what you record. Don’t record other people without their consent, and don’t upload content you have no right to use.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t use Weave to do anything unlawful, to infringe others’ rights, to harass or harm anyone, or to probe, overload, or interfere with the service (including evading voice-minute metering or rate limits). We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, refunding any unused paid period unless the breach is serious.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Weave available and improving, but it’s provided on an “as available” basis: features may change, and occasional downtime happens. If we ever discontinue Weave or a paid feature, we’ll give you reasonable notice and refund any remaining paid period.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we’re not liable for losses that weren’t foreseeable when you started using Weave, for business losses, or for content generated by the AI; and our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending these terms

You can stop using Weave and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing team@sayweave.com. We may close accounts that have broken these terms as described above.

11. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes we’ll email you before they take effect. Continuing to use Weave after that means you accept the updated terms; if you don’t, cancel and we’ll refund any remaining paid period.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you keep the protection of your local consumer law and courts.
